Dramatic Dutch Tulips Floral Arrangement Make-and-Take. Saturday, April 4, 9:30 a.m.-noon. Floral designer Ashley Fox shows how to design a tulip arrangement for your spring or Easter table. A stunning, spring-worthy container will display your pretty and gasp-worthy flowers. Includes all materials. $69 member/$81 non-member.

Lucia’s Le Diner de la Mer. Thursday, April 9, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Chef Ryan Lund of Lucia’s Restaurant specializes in creating locally and sustainably-sourced fresh fare. The menu: Chatham oysters with green apple and cucumber, fluke tartar with radishes, spring onions, pickled peppers and tarragon, baked trout with crushed new potatoes, snap peas and watercress salsa verde, plus dessert and wine pairings. Saturday, April 18, 9-11 a.m. Kris James, culinary herbalist and instructor, shares easy, practical and delicious ways to incorporate healthful herbs into your daily life. Recipes include homemade bitters (as a digestive), elderberry herb syrup, elderberry gumdrops and more! Learning Center, $39 member/$49 non-member.

“Untrucked: Home Street Home Food Truck” cooking class. Saturday, April 11, 10 a.m.-noon. Chefs Destiny Buron and Daniel Kidd have earned a stellar reputation for some of the best globally inspired comfort food around! They will share their travel tales while preparing favorite dishes. Fee: $39 member/ $49 non-member.

Grilling in the Garden: Desserts from the Grill with Latin Flair. Saturday, May 2, 10 a.m.-noon. Amalia Moreno-Damgaard, chef and cookbook author, demos delectable desserts with a Latin flair. Menu: grilled pineapple with lime, ground-roasted pumpkin seeds with chile, grilled corn on the cob with chocolate and strawberry crema, spicy grilled fruit ceviche and more.
