Sunday, March 26

A 17-year-old Minnetrista male was stopped on County Road 92 for having a headlight out. He was subsequently arrested for DUI.
Officers assisted a resident on Orchard Cove with a muskrat that was stuck in a fence.
Officers received a report of a child outside without shoes along Highway 7, who then got into a vehicle. Officers were able to contact the driver who stated it was her child who had exited the car. There were no further issues.
A resident on the 4300 block of Trillium Lane reported his decorative concrete pot, valued at $90, had been damaged. It was later found to be accidental.
A child custody dispute on Partridge Road was mediated.
Officers responded to a medical call on Yellowstone Trail.

Monday, March 27

A suspicious person was reported at the WRA park. Officers contacted the male regarding his conduct.
A resident in the 4800 block of County Road 19 reported hearing what sounded like gun shots.
A driving complaint was reported on Highway 7. The female teen driver was stopped and admitted she was changing her pants which caused her to swerve into the oncoming lane.

A resident in the 100 block of County Road 110 reported someone pried their way into his camper and stole a $200 stereo.
A group of rude and unruly juveniles was reported in the area of Saunders Lake Drive and Westedge Boulevard.
A caller on Saunders Lake Drive reported someone rang his doorbell and ran off.

Wednesday, March 29

A child protection report was received on a family in Minnetrista.
An attempted burglary was reported in the 8400 block of Kennedy Memorial Drive. The suspect fled when the owner’s dog started to bark and no entry was gained.
Officers talked with the owner of a property along Kennedy Memorial Drive where ordinance violations were occurring.

Thursday, March 30

Officers responded to an address on Tower Street to check on the welfare of a juvenile. The met with resistance by the parent and a 23-year-old female was taken into custody for Obstructing the Legal Process.
A home in the 3900 block of Main Street was burglarized. Jewelry and coins were reported stolen.
A burglary was reported in the 8900 block of Wildwood Avenue. A 19-year-old male suspect was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit.
A party reported several items were stolen out of her boat while in storage at a location along County Road 44.
A 46-year-old Moundsview female was stopped for speeding on County Road 44. She was arrested for DUI.

Friday, March 31

A 62-year-old Minnetrista male was arrested for domestic assault.
A resident on Cardinal Cove reported her vehicle was egged overnight.
A vehicle was reportedly tearing up the grass at the WRA park. It was gone upon police arrival.
A Minnetrista resident reported $4000 was charged on an account that she never opened.
Officers responded to a medical on Tuxedo Road.
A resident on Morningview Court reported her vehicle was egged overnight.
Two teenagers were cited for careless driving, and one was cited for underage consumption of alcohol, after they were caught damaging the grass and parking lot at the WRA park.
Officers responded to a medical on Covey Trail.
A Chanhassen motorist reported items valued at approximately $100 were stolen from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked on Pauly Farm Circle.

Saturday, April 1

A Montrose motorist struck a raccoon on County Road 92, disabling her vehicle.
A Minnetrista male accidentally cut his arm. He was hospitalized.
Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call on Kennedy Memorial Drive but found no emergency.
Officers responded to a fire alarm on Highland Road. There was no fire.
A Glacier Road resident reported neighbor kids were throwing things on her lawn. The situation was mediated between the families.
